This afternoon, Company 17 was alerted for a reported working vehicle fire at the intersection of Centre Hill Road and the Allport Cutoff

Upon arrival, Engine Rescue 17 confirmed a working fire. Crews deployed a 1¾-inch handline and initiated fire suppression operations. As crews continued to operate on scene, Engine Tanker 16 from the BJW Volunteer Fire Company was requested to assist with water supply operations.
