Last evening proved to be an extremely busy and demanding period for the Morris Township Fire Company, as crews responded to multiple emergency incidents in a very short span of time

The first call came in at 2020 hours for a reported structure fire in Clearfield Borough. Quint 17 responded to assist the Clearfield Fire Company. Due to a quick and effective knockdown of the fire by initial arriving units, Quint 17 was reassigned to stand by at Station 1 for the Clearfield Fire Company to ensure continued coverage for the area.

Engine Tanker 17 responded to assist the BJW Fire Company with a large mulch fire on Forest Lane

Upon arrival, crews were faced with a significant fire involving a massive mulch pile estimated to be approximately 65 feet in height. Engine Tanker 17 played a critical role in the operation, hauling approximately 21,000 gallons of water from a designated fill site to the scene to support ongoing fire suppression efforts.
