| While we’re out here in the rain, snow, mud, heat, and whatever else Pennsylvania decides to throw at us… you’re inside juggling radios, phones, tones, and probably three different people talking at once — all while keeping us pointed in the right direction (most of the time 😉).
In all seriousness, your calm voices on the other end of the radio make a huge difference on our worst days. You keep the chaos organized, the information flowing, and the help coming. We may joke about GPS directions and tone-outs at 3AM… but we wouldn’t be able to do what we do without you.
